sources: here

Ingredients:
red bean paste               80gr
wheat starch                  30gr
glutinous  rice flour         150gr
sugar                             50gr
water                           126ml
oil                                  1tbsp

bring water and sugar to a boil and mix with rest of the ingredients except the red bean paste.

divide the dough into 9 pieces.

flatten it to a disc and add red bean paste.
form a ball.

add little bit of oil to pan.
and wipe it dry with a napkin.

pan fry pancakes at medium heat.

When pan frying pancakes, set the griddle at about 300degrees. Higher temperature would cause pancakes to burn easily and lower temperature would make them hard and dry.
