I substitute buttermilk to sour cream and I use 400f for baking these muffins.

This recipe was adapted from something edible on YouTube with my personal modifications. I don’t like to add syrup to my pancakes. If you do, omit the sugar to this recipe. These pancakes are great on the go.
-2 c of wheat flour
-2tsp baking powder
-1tsp baking soda
-1tsp of cinnamon unleveled
-1/2 tsp salt
-5 tbsp sugar unleveled
-2 tbsp honey
-2 tbsp oil
-2 large eggs or 3 medium brown eggs
-1c buttermilk
Mix dry ingredients with a whisk, make a hole in the middle add in all wet ingredients and mix until combine.
Add a little bit of oil to pan and wipe the oil with a paper towel. On medium heat 3 minutes in each side.

Dough:
- 30 g butter
-150g flour
-2g salt
-3g sugar
-60g water
-80g frozen butter for the filling to make layers
Filling mixture:
-1egg
-2egg yolks
-71g sugar ( originally 45g)
-150g whipping cream
-75g milk
Bake at 410f for 25 to 45 mins depending on your oven.
-1 big soup bowl of glutinous rice
-2 Chinese sausages
-salt
-white pepper
-sugar
-oyster sauce
-a little of sesame oil
-green scallions
I steam the glutinous rice in non-stick wok with the two sausages. I dice the sausages into tiny pieces. And then mix with all seasonings and green scallions last.
Steam for 15 mins.
I use my own flaky crust recipe as follows|
- 1 1/4 c flour
-1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2c frozen butter
-1/4c ice water
Additional water as needed and refrigerate for 4 hrs or overnight.
For the filling, I used the recipe from the cooking foodie and video is below.
- 3 apples
-2tbsp butter
-1/4 c sugar
-1/2tsp cinnamon
-1/4tsp nutmeg
-2tbsp cornstarch
Egg wash ( 1 yolk and 1 tsp water & pinch of salt) for brushing. Bake at 400f until golden brown.
I used my crepe recipe and my whip cream recipe from my own blog. But I double the recipe to make this crepe cake. And I follow video below to create the mango layers. Enjoy!
