-2tsp baking powder
-1tsp baking soda
-1tsp of cinnamon unleveled
-1/2 tsp salt
-5 tbsp sugar unleveled
-2 tbsp honey
-2 tbsp oil
-2 large eggs or 3 medium brown eggs
-1c buttermilk
Mix dry ingredients with a whisk, make a hole in the middle add in all wet ingredients and mix until combine.
Add a little bit of oil to pan and wipe the oil with a paper towel. On medium heat 3 minutes in each side.
